1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JwO Cloud services, including our website, control panel, or any API, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

JwO Cloud provides hosting services including but not limited to Discord Bot hosting, Lavalink node hosting, and Virtual Private Servers (VPS). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

• Service availability is subject to our 99.9% uptime SLA, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
• We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via our Discord server.
• Resource limits are enforced per plan; exceeding limits may result in throttling or service suspension.

3. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle.

• Services are billed monthly in advance. Non-payment may result in suspension within 7 days.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion within 72 hours of a new purchase if a valid technical issue prevented service use.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, downgrades, or violations of these Terms.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use JwO Cloud services for any unlawful or prohibited activity. The following are strictly forbidden:

• Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, or any malicious software.
• Conducting DDoS attacks, port scanning, or any form of network abuse.
• Mining cryptocurrency without explicit written permission.
• Hosting phishing pages, spam operations, or fraudulent content.
• Violating Discord's Terms of Service on bots hosted on our infrastructure.
• Sharing, reselling, or sub-letting your resources without prior written approval.
• Storing, transmitting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), zero tolerance.

5. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and services immediately and without notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• Your use of the service endangers other customers or our infrastructure.
• Payment is overdue by more than 7 days.
• We receive a valid legal order or government directive.

Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted after 7 days. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JwO Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and notify users via our Discord server or email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
